The Conception and Practice of the Diversified Mode of Foreign Language Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


With the deepening of internationalization in China, the application of foreign languages in the economic trade and
daily life is becoming more and more popular, and the society demands more professional talents. The application of foreign
language is reflected in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Therefore, in the process of foreign language teaching, colleges
and universities should pay attention to the diversification of education for students, including the diversity of teaching content
and teaching forms, to help students improve their comprehensive English level. This paper includes the concept of English
pluralism teaching, the necessity of developing diversified foreign language teaching, the current situation of foreign language
teaching practice in colleges and universities, the advantages of diversified foreign language teaching, the conception and practice
of diversified foreign language teaching.
