Research on Improving the Quality of University Student Cadres
Abstract

important link in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities. They are the backbone and backbone of students,
as well as a bridge and bond for communicating teachers’and students’feelings and transmitting teachers’and students’information,
is the university education, the management work important strength, is also grasps the University Class Wind, the style of study
construction fresh force. Therefore, the construction of a high-quality student cadres is an important part of the construction of
institutions of higher learning. In view of the common problems existing in the ranks of college student cadres, this paper puts
forward some suggestions and measures to improve the quality of college student cadres from the aspects of selection, training,
education and management of student cadres.
