Reflections on College Counselors’ Management of Students
Abstract
Colleges and universities are important fields of education and cultivation of socialist construction talents. Ideological
and moral education is the education of purifying people’s mind and improving people’s moral quality. College counselors are the
main backbone of ideological and political education, so the position and function of counselors are very important. Facing the new
changes of the situation at home and abroad, college counselors must improve their understanding, seriously study and actively
explore new ways of ideological and political education for college students. Therefore, as a counselor, we should strengthen and
improve the party construction work in colleges and universities, so as to promote the ideological and political education of college
students and improve their ideological and political quality, which is one of the important contents of college personnel training.
