Primary School Class Management Strategy in the Background of the New Curriculum

Abstract


With the comprehensive reform and gradual improvement of China’s new curriculum in China, higher level development
requirements are put forward for the promotion of the education industry. How to seek the correct management plan to ensure
the quality of primary school class management is the importance of contemporary management personnel to be discussed.This
paper mainly takes primary school class management as the research point, actively discusses various management strategies from
different aspects, to provide a steady stream of intellectual support for the effective management of the whole primary school class
work, and to ensure to meet the actual demands of modern primary school groups.
