I was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1981. I have 16 years of experience in scientific and technical project development in commercial, academic, and governmental settings. Since 2016, I have operated OPACO, a consulting business delivering remote sensing solutions incorporating custom software, database, mapping, image processing, data analysis, visualization, and data management systems. With graduate degrees in Remote Sensing Engineering, I specialize in Earth Observation applications but find those methods and tools readily applicable across a wide range of disciplines. My diverse portfolio of successful projects and a client-focused problem-solving mindset enable rapid delivery of cost-effective, targeted, and expandable solutions. Currently, I am an Associate Professor of Remote Sensing and also the Vice Chancellor for Education and Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, Tehran, Iran.
